Petition filed under Sections $* & $9 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant bail to the Petitioner jn connection with the Crime in FIR No. 103 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kothavalasa Police Station The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G. Rama Gopal, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecuto(AP) on behalf of sole respondenUstate, the Court made the following ORDER :-
THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.11123 OF 20L8 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, for grant of bail in connection with Crime No.103 of 2018 of Kothavalasa Police Station, Vizianagaram, I registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419 and 42O read with 120-B IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accu sed, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused would contend that the petitioner/ accused was remanded to judicial custodJ, on 16.09.2018. He further submitted that the de facto complainant lodged a report with the police with a delay of 13 years and ultimately prayed to allow the application.

On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed to grant bail to the petitioner/ accused. 5.
The submissions made on behalf of the petitioner/ accused merit consideration for the purpose of granting bail to the petitioner/ accused.

Accordingly, the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial
Magistrate of First Class, Kothavalasa, Vizianagaram District. On such release, the petitioner/ accused sha1l report before the Station House Officer, Kothavalasa Police Station , yizianagaram, on every Sunday between 09.00 AM and 11.00 AM, till filing of the charge_ sheet.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed.
