THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 17135 OF 2013 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the tender notification vide No.P4/122(1)/2013-RR, dt.30.05.2013.

Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Corporation submits that since petitioner defaulted in payment of licence fee, contract of the petitioner was terminated; and that period of contract expired by 21.05.2014.

In view of the above and since contract period is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
