R District, in respect of which the matter as to grant of ORC is Under adjudication, illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently, the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 may be directed to stop and demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried by the respondent Nos.
W.P.M.P.No.4937 OF 2015 Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 and 3 to forthwith take action to stop the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried by the respondents No.4 to 6 in the Inam Land survey No.362 extent Ac.1-20 guntas situated at Konojiguda Alwal R.R.District, pending disposal of WP No. 3728 of
2015 on the file of the High Court.
