The learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the legal remedy as and when the cause of action arises.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the legal remedy as and when a cause of action arises. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
