THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.17217 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in forcibly withholding the cash (generated from the user fee revenues) of the CWS installed by the petitioner company at Penugonda village, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to the petitioner under law. A memo to that effect is also filed. Permission is granted. 3.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
