HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 38087 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5.
2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not granting building permission to the petitioner in respect of Plot No.16 in Survey No.18, situated at Gachibowli, Serilingampally mandal, under the limits of GHMC Circle - 11, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.
3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has complied with all the objections, but till date, the authorities have not granted building permission to her plot situated at Gachibowli, Serilingampally mandal. 4) On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel would submit that objections have been raised through online, for which the petitioner has to submit her reply through online, in which event, the authorities shall deal with the same, in accordance with law.
5) Having regard to the above, the petitioner shall give appropriate reply through online fulfilling the shortfalls mentioned in letter dated 15.03.2018, issued by the Assistant City Planner, GHMC, within a period of three to five days from today, in which event, the authorities shall take steps in dealing with the application of the petitioner seeking permission for construction of residential building in the plot referred to above, within a period of ten days thereafter. 6) With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
