This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing proceedings in Rc.No.D/5106/2015, dated 21-04-2016 directing the 4th respondent to initiate action under A.P.Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) amended Act, 2007 as well as consequential action of the 4th respondent in passing orders in file No.B/1821/2015, dated 09-09-2016 resuming the land to an extent of Ac.0-33 guntas in Sy.No.113/27 situated at Lingapur Village, Maddur Mandal, Warangal District which were assigned to the petitioner as if the petitioner transferred them in violation of assignment as illegal and arbitrary.

Admittedly, there is alternative remedy against the impugned order dated 09-09-2016 passed in file No.B/1821/2015 by the 4th respondent and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy against the impugned order. As a sequel to the disposal of this

petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
