Having argued for sometime, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition bringing it to the notice of this Court that the revision petitioners are contemplating to file a fresh suit.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed.
