THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.43611 OF 2016 ORDER :

Heard. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges seizure of his A4 shop.

When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader, produced proceedings in ROC No.A6/184/2016 dated 30.11.2016, where under, the A4 licence of the petitioner shop was suspended. The copy of the order of suspension is taken on record and marked as Annexure-'X'.

In view of suspension of A.4 licence of the petitioner, no direction as sought for in this writ petition can be granted and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner, to avail the remedy as available in law, if he is so advised, against the order of suspension of licence. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
