THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38089 of 2018 O R D E R:

Petitioners were appointed as Medical Officers(Unani) and contend that though they are eligible for Senior Medical Officer(Unani) and there are vacancies existing, but they are not being considered for the said post in spite of representations given by them on 25.09.2018 made to 2nd respondent. Petitioners seek a direction to 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation.

The Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the petitioners' representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation 25.09.2018 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
