THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.10438 of 2015 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed a report on 15.10.2016 before XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally, stating that there is no evidence to sustain the allegations made in the complaint and thereby sought permission to close the case on the ground of 'lack of evidence'.

In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
