THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.42765 of 2015 ORDER :

The petitioners' grievance is that petitioner has filed a representation dt.26.07.2014 to the 2nd respondent for mutation in her favour in support of the subject land and that 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon in spite of instructions issued on 22.01.2015 by 2nd respondent.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that petitioner ought to file an appeal under Rule 21 of the Rules framed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 before the 3rd respondent for incorporation of changes and for deletion of the entries already existing in the Revenue Records.

In this view of the matter, granting liberty to petitioners to avail the said remedy, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
