THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.2560 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner, challenging the order, dated 30.09.2015 passed in Crl.M.P. No.621 of 2015 in M.C. No.152 of 2015 by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum- Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby the learned Judge directed the petitioner to pay Rs.10,000/- per month to the 1st respondent as interim maintenance.

Respondent No.1 filed the above application viz., Crl.M.P. No.621 of 2015 claiming interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.75,000/- per month to her on the ground that the petitioner neglected to look after her. The Court below granted interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to Respondent No. 1 from the date of petition. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present revision.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of modifying the order under revision as follows:

The petitioner is directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month to respondent No.1 from the date of the above petition and he is also directed to pay the maintenance at the same rate on or before 10th of every succeeding month till the disposal of the M.C. and he shall also pay the arrears of maintenance, if any, at the same rate within three months from today. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the M.C. within a period of six months from the

date of receipt of a copy of the order without being influenced by this order and the order under revision.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision are closed.
