This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.149 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ramayampet Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324 and 504 read with 34 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner present. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
