ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed to relax the order dated 17.03.2025 passed in Crl.B.P.No.19 of 2025 in Crime No.03/RCTACB-WRL/2025, ACB, Warangal by the Special Judge for ACB Cases-cum-III Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal.

Heard Sri Brahmadandi Swarnalatha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T. Bala Mohan Reddy, learned Special Public Prosecutor for respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court while allowing the Crl.B.P.No.19 of 2025 directed the petitioner to comply the conditions passed therein. Learned counsel further submitted that condition No.ii i.e., The petitioner/A.O.1 shall remain present before the DSP, ACB, Warangal Range on every 2nd and 4th Monday of every month in between 10:00 AM and 05:00 P.M until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner was regularly appearing before the concerned Investigating Officer and that the Investigation was also completed, therefore, prayed the Court to modify the said condition. 4.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 17.03.2025 passed in Crl.B.P.No.19 of 2025 in Crime No.03/RCT-ACB-WRL/2025, ACB, Warangal, i.e., condition No.ii i.e., The petitioner/A.O.1 shall remain present before the DSP, ACB, Warangal Range on every 2nd and 4th Monday of every month in between 10:00 AM and 05:00 P.M until further orders to that of

condition No.ii i.e., The petitioner/A.O.1 shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer as and when required. 5.

With the above modification, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
