Learned counsel for petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to resubmit before the Court below for appropriate orders.

3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Petitioners are also permitted to take back original E.P. papers along with orders thereon.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
