THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15327 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

It appears that plot Nos.18 and 19 in Survey No.103 situated at IDA Kothur Village and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, consisted of an extent of 13003.4 square yards. The said land was initially purchased by the vendor of the petitioners. The petitioners, along with others, jointly purchased an extent of 4022 square yards under a registered sale deed from their vendors. Thereafter, they submitted a representation on 18.04.2015 to the fourth respondent requesting him to issue no objection certificate and sub division for the said land. When the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition is filed. From the papers filed along with the Writ Petition it is noticed that the representation dated 18.04.2015 was addressed to the third respondent and submitted in the Office of the fourth respondent. Learned Counsel for the petitioners is not able to tell this Court with regard to the appropriate authority, who should dispose of the petitioners' application.

In the circumstances, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to consider the application of the petitioners dated 18.04.2015, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
