THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10484 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.57 of 2015 of Nallamada Police Station, Ananthapur District. At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. However, the petitioners are at liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of petition questioning the charge sheet.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
