The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.V. Upendra Gupta, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents, the Court made the following ORDER:

Mr. R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents and seeks time to get instructions. List the matter immediately after Summer Vacation, 2015. Pending further orders, it is directed that subject to the petitioner paying half of the demanded amount within a period of 30 days from today, power supply to his service connection shall not be disconnected.
