Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ravindra Yanamandra, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Since the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy by way of an appeal under Section 71 of the Employees'

Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, to challenge the impugned order passed on 04.02.2016, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal under Section 71 of the above Act. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
