THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3762 of 2013 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 02.4.2013 in I.A.No.74 of 2013 in O.S.No.26 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised herein before the trial court. He further submitted that the trial court may be directed to dispose of the suit as early as possible. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The trial court is hereby directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
