This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioners/A-2 to A-6 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.695 of 2018, on the file of the Station House Officer, L.B. Nagar Law and Order Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 427, 504 and 506 R/w.34 of I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press upon the other grounds mentioned in the Petition and he only seeks that a direction be given to the Police concerned to follow Section 41-A of Cr.P.C., as was followed in respect of Accused No.1 in this case.

Hence, considering the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Police concerned to follow Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. before affecting the arrest of the petitioners/A-2 to A-6. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
