THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.9235 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri G.V.S. Kishore Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition formulating a proper prayer. Sri P. Jagadish Chandra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority, states that he has no objection.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
