HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38108 OF 2018 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner is that she made application on 04.09.2018 in Form No.6 A for amendment of revenue records in respect of the land in RS.No.263, admeasuring an extent of Ac.2.30 cents, situated at Majeru Village, Challapalli Mandal, Krishna District. As the same is not being disposed of, till date, present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue basing on the written instructions submits that petitioner has not made online application as per G.O.Ms.No.3, dated 22.02.2012 issued for rooting the services through online in order to maintain uniformity and efficiency and that there was injunction operating against the subject land of the petitioner. He also submits that petitioner's application will be disposed of accordingly after considering the aforesaid aspects.

In view of the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the 6 A application of the petitioner dated 04.09.2018, in accordance with law after considering the aforesaid aspects submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader in the written instructions, and take action, within a period of eight weeks

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
