In view of availability of alternative remedy under the provisions of Section 216 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief in the present writ petition. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedy open to him as per law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
