Sri N.Vineeth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner instructed them to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, they have submitted a letter dated 27.04.2018 to the Registrar, Judicial signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 30.04.2018. The copy of the same is placed before this Court and requests this Court to permit them to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
