Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision of the Division Bench of this Court rendered in Writ Appeal No. 115 of 2014 and Batch, dated 01.05.2015.

Following the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No. 115 of 2014 and Batch, dated 1.5.2015 and

for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
