Petitioner challenges notice No.ADE/ OP/ TSSPDCL/ Gachibowli/ D.No.2167/ 16-17 dated 21.09.2016 issued by the third respondent. 2.

This Court, prima facie, is of the view that the challenge to notice is not on legal ground or that it is issued by an authority without jurisdiction. The parallel complaint of petitioner against the third respondent is that the third respondent, without considering the detailed explanation and the documents submitted by petitioner, is threatening disconnection of Service Connection No.12001-04988 standing in the name of petitioner society.

Learned standing counsel fairly states that once a notice is issued, till the third respondent brings the notice to its logical conclusion, disconnection of power supply is impermissible. 4.

The statement of the standing counsel is placed on record. The writ petition is disposed of by this order. The third respondent is directed to consider the reply dated 05.10.2016 together with communication of the Assistant Accounts Officer dated 26.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders expeditiously. Till the order is passed and communicated, the third respondent shall not disconnect service connection No.12001-04988 of petitioner. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
