HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.10729 of 2016 O R D E R :

The petitioners, who are accused Nos.2, 5 & 7 in Crime No.139 of 2016 of Narayankhed Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

It is represented that in the same crime, in so far as accused Nos.1 and 3 are concerned, Crl.M.P.No.462 of 2016 was filed on the file of the Special Judge for trial of offences under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (PoA) Act, 1989-cum-V Additional Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy and the learned Sessions Judge by order, dated 31-05-2016 granted anticipatory bail to accused Nos.1 and 3 - petitioners therein.

The investigation is pending in this case. The petitioners herein - accused Nos.2, 5 & 7 are ladies and they are said to be permanent residents of Challagidda Tanda, Narayankhed Mandal, Medak District.

In that view of the matter, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners - accused Nos.2, 5 & 7. In the circumstances, anticipatory bail is granted to petitioners - accused Nos.2, 5 & 7 in the event of their arrest on furnishing personal bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty

Thousand only) each with two sureties for Rs.10,000/- each separately to the satisfaction of S.H.O., Narayankhed. The petitioners - accused Nos.2, 5 & 7 are further directed to appear before the concerned S.H.O. on 1st and 15th day of every month till further orders and cooperate with the investigation and not to interfere with investigation or threaten the witnesses.
