Admittedly, petitioner herein has the attendance of only 58.2%. When similar question came up for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.13221 of 2015 and this Court by way of order dated 1.9.2015, dismissed the said writ petition. Copy of the said order is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

In view of the same, following the above mentioned order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
