Civil Revision Petition is directed against docket order, dated 22-03-2016 ordering notice in I.A.No.86 of 2016 in O.S.No.69 of 2016 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Venkatagiri, to respondent herein. Sri T.C.Krishnana, counsel appearing for petitioners fairly states that the Civil Revision Petition is filed in anticipation of further delay in the matter and he is satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to the trial court to dispose of the I.A. expeditiously. Having regard to the above submission, this court has no doubt, after notice is served, the trial court passes appropriate orders within two weeks from the date of service of notice on respondent/defendant. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
