THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE MS JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI A.S.NO.990 OF 2016 ORAL ORDER (Per SKK,J) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties, jointly state that the matter has been settled out of the court, whereby the appellant has agreed to pay remaining amount of Rs.15,98,460/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs, ninety eight thousand, four hundred and sixty only) within six months to the respondent. To this effect, affidavit has been filed by the appellant, which is taken on record. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the decree and judgment dated 15.09.2015 in O.S.No.143 of 2013 on the file of I Additional District Judge, Khammam, is not executable. The appeal is disposed of as settled between the parties. We hereby make it clear that if the amount is not paid by the appellant within time, the respondent will be at liberty for getting revival of the appeal. No costs.
