THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17403 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner's case is that he has purchased land of an extent of Ac.1.00 in Survey Nos.147/1 and 146/2 situated at Ilaparru Village, Nandivada Mandal in Krishna District. He submitted an application on 04.07.2013 in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16.03.2013, for conversion of his land into aqua culture farm, and when the said application was not considered and no orders were passed thereon, the present Writ Petition is filed. In view of the pendency of the application of the petitioner since 04.07.2013, this Court feels that it is just and proper to dispose of the present Writ Petition by directing the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 04.07.2013 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 17.06.2015 vs
