Petitioner, by the instant Habeas Corpus writ petition, seeks production of one Tamalapakula Sunil, S/o. Nageswara Rao, alleging his illegal detention by respondent No.3.

Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that a case has already been registered against the petitioner's son by the 3rd respondent police station bearing Crime No. 220 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 468, 471, 420 read with Section 34 of I.P.C., and presently he is in judicial custody. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work out this petition on merits. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.

Order accordingly.
