When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Excise that in view of the advent of the new policy, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
