COMMON ORDER:

These two Writ Petitions are filed challenging the respective show cause notices issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer asking the petitioners to submit their explanations.

Since the challenge in these Writ Petitions is to the show cause notices, this Court is not inclined to admit the Writ

Petitions and at that stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioners sougth permission to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to file fresh Writ Petitions as and when fresh cause of action arises.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petitions shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
