This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside Order, dated 15-02-2016, in O.A.No.021/00181 of 2016 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Bench at Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Mr.KRKV.Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
