THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35532 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to cooperate with petitioner for fixation of boundaries for the land in Sy.Nos.64 & 67 of Raj Bollaram Village.

The learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that there is no lease agreement between the 1st respondent and 2nd respondent for establishment of petrol bunk as alleged in the writ petition and that there is no such action as alleged by the writ petitioner and the writ petition is misconceived.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
