THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 25992 of 2016 O R D E R:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) on behalf of the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that though he has presented a document in respect of the land admeasuring 340 square yards in Survey No. 242/P situated at Tiruchanur Village of Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh for registration, Respondents 3 and 4 District Registrar and Sub-Registrar, Renigunta have not received the same. The learned Government Pleader is fair enough to submit that Respondents 3 and 4 will receive the document submitted by the petitioner and if they are not inclined to register the said document, they will pass an order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, Respondents 3 and 4 are directed to receive the document presented by the petitioner and consider the same for registration. In case, Respondents 3 and 4 are not inclined to register it, they shall pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Act within four weeks from the date of submission of the document and communicate the same to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with this order. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
