Aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the lands in Sy.No.13, to an extent of Acs.3.80 cents, situated at Avilala Village of Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, without following due process of law, this Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions dated 24.10.2018 stating that the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Tirupati Rural is not interfering with the subject land and that any point of time, the subject land is vested with Sri Hathiramji Mutt.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
