Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

According to petitioner, he is tribal living in Kamayyakunta Village, Buttaigudem Mandal, West Godavari District. Respondents 4 and 5 are non-tribal holding agricultural land covered in different survey numbers in the village. According to petitioner the subject land was acquired by respondents 4 and 5 after the commencement of Land Transfer Regulations 1/59 as amended by 1/70. Therefore, such acquisition is illegal. While so, the land acquisition proceedings are initiated reflecting their names as owners of subject properties and such action is not valid in law. 3.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, petitioner filed objections explaining the status of ownership claimed by respondents 4 and 5, the provisions of Regulation 1/59 as amended by 1/70 and to delete the land from land acquisition proceedings. Alleging inaction on the objections filed by the petitioner, this writ petition is filed.

Since the objections filed by the petitioner is claimed to be pending consideration, the Land Acquisition Officer /Project Officer & R & R Officer, Polavaram Project, K.R.Puram, West Godavari District-2nd respondent is directed to examine the contents of objections dated 8.10.2018, if the same is received

- 3 - by him and so far not considered before finalizing the proceedings.
