RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing impugned Gazette Notification No.40 dt: 25.06.2014 inviting applications for grant of 44 License to news shop at Ward No.112, Shop No.9 (Gazette Si N0.106), GHMC, Serilingampally. Ranga Reddy as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the Gazette Notification No. 37 dt: 14.06.2014 and against the provisions of A.P. Excise Act, 1968, and the Rules called the A.P.
