THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.277 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has preferred an appeal on 08.11.2015 before the 4th respondent challenging the order dt.15.10.2015 passed by 2nd respondent cancelling petitioner's Fair Price Shop dealership authorization and the said appeal is not being disposed of by him.

The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, appearing for respondents, states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the appeal filed on 08.11.2015 challenging the order passed by 2nd respondent on 15.10.2015 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.
