ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of the subject land by virtue of sale deed bearing document No.831 of 2005 dated 20.05.2005 on the file of Sub Registrar, Podili. His grievance is that though he made applications through online bearing No.

RMU01180033812 for mutation and for issuance of title deed-cum-E pass book and subsequent application Nos. ADLC 011804480346 dated 13.03.2018 and No.RMU011801131146, under Form-VI (A) of the A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act" ), the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, has not taken any action. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the said authority to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the above referred applications filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A of the Act, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly, within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
