HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.194 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed to punish the respondent for nonimplementation of the order dated 09.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.32647 of 2014 in W.P.No.26115 of 2014 under the Contempt of Courts Act.

2. When the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments, no contempt would arise and hence, the Contempt case may be closed. However, he seeks liberty to avail the appropriate legal remedies, if aggrieved by the subsequent decision of the registering authorities.

3. Leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedies as available under law, this contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
