HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI Crl.P.No.11137 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the C.C.No.980 of 2018 on the file of the learned I Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused reiterated the contents of the letter dated 06.12.2019 addressed by him to the Registrar (Judicial) and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.
3.
Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
4.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
