It is stated that the petitioners application, dated 02-06-2014, for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds is pending with the 2nd respondent and in that regard, a representation was also made on 2407-2014 to pass orders on the same. In view of the same, it is for the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners on 02-062014 and 24-07-2014 in accordance with law and take action, thereafter within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
