The grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard to the insistence of 'No Objection Certificate' from the authorities under the provisions of the A.P. Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Act, 2006, for release of final layout in respect of the property, which is the subject matter of the writ petition.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for H.M.D.A appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by a Division Bench decision of this Court dated 28.08.2015 in W.A.No.702 of 2010 and Batch and that following the said Division Bench decision, this Court disposed of W.P.No.5337 of 2013 and Batch by order dated 01.10.2015 and that therefore, the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order of the Division Bench. In terms of the Division Bench order dated 28.08.2015 in W.A.No.702 of 2010 and Batch and for reasons alike as were mentioned therein, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. NO order as to costs.
