Grievance of the petitioner is that her Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization has been cancelled by proceedings, dated 27.12.2014 by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Srikakulam. Petitioner also filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent in March, 2015, but till date the said appeal has not been disposed of by the 2nd respondent. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in March, 2015 challenging the order dated 27.12.2014 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Srikakulam within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
