The Court made the following:

ORDER:

Petitioner was opposing conversation of first floor into commercial unit and establishment of commercial bank in flat Nos.103 and 104, 1st Floor of Chaitanya Plaza Apartment, situated in Sy.No.28, Plot Nos.7, 8 & 9, near Sahara Gate-I, Mansoorabad, Ranga Reddy District. Petitioner is the owner of Flat No.504, 5th floor of the same building premises.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned standing counsel produced copy of the proceedings of the Government in Memo No.14361/M1/2013, dated 07.08.2015, rejecting the request of conversion of residential apartment into commercial unit.

3. In view of the said rejection order, cause in the writ petition does not survive and writ petition is accordingly closed. It is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as and when any further cause of action arise. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
